1. Orders & Payments

• All orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues, incorrect information, or suspected fraud.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours.

• Delivery time may vary depending on your city and courier service.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided products are mostly unused (at least 90% content remaining).

• Delivery charges are non-refundable. Customers bear the cost of return/exchange delivery unless the product was damaged, leaked, or incorrect.

• Refunds and exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days after receiving the returned item.

4. Product Use & Responsibility

• All products are for personal use only.

• We are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please review product ingredients before use.

5. Privacy & Data

• Customer information (name, number, address) is used only for order processing and delivery.

• We never share your data with third parties without consent.

6. Policy Changes
